Latest tuscany 2.0 version

Hi,

The Tuscany website - http://tuscany.apache.org/home.html - mentions the latest Tuscany release as 2.0-Beta3.

But the central maven repo - http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/ - has a more recent 2.0 version as well.

Is it the website that is out of date or is 2.0 not officially 'released' yet?
