[jira] Created: (AXIS2-2986) Multiply wrapped exceptions
Multiply wrapped exceptions
---------------------------
Key: AXIS2-2986
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-2986
Project: Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: kernel
Affects Versions: 1.2
Environment: not applicable
Reporter: Alexander Veit
Priority: Minor
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault is a java.rmi.RemoteException which in turn is a java.io.IOException.
So
} catch (IOException e) {
log.debug(e);
throw new AxisFault(e);
}
should be preceded by
} catch (AxisFault e) {
throw e;
}
to avoid multiply wrapped exceptions and excessive logging.
