Configuration is not effective or configuration errors?

Hi ALL,
	I set "spark.storage.blockManagerSlaveTimeoutMs=100000" in "spark-default.conf" file, but in http://<driver>:4040 page does not exist under the “Environment” tab of the settings, why? ps : "new SparkConf()" in code and use spark standalone mode.
