[I] Duplicate dependency for typed-builder [iceberg-rust]

### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?
I found certain libraries have multiple versions inside of iceberg-rust, a few of them coming from avro.
For example,

Upgrade avro if possible, we should avoid multi-version if possible.

Yeah, I tried upgrade to the latest version but met serde issues, haven't digged into it.

This is not duplicate version, it's a normal dependency confliction. You could search for using `cargo update -p avro --precise <version>` to fix it.
