[jira] [Created] (QPIDJMS-285) Throw a more meaningful exception
when commit fails due to connection being down
Timothy Bish created QPIDJMS-285:
------------------------------------
Summary: Throw a more meaningful exception when commit fails due to connection being down
Key: QPIDJMS-285
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPIDJMS-285
Project: Qpid JMS
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: qpid-jms-client
Affects Versions: 0.21.0
Reporter: Timothy Bish
Assignee: Timothy Bish
Fix For: 0.22.0
When the connection is down and a commit is attempted the failover handler will just throw a JMSException exception to indicate a commit failure where it would be more useful to throw the TransactionRolledBackException instead.
