   Make kafka connect connectors (and in general components like SMTs) compatible with `ServiceLoad` mode of `plugin.discovery`. 
   
   [Here](https://kafka.apache.org/documentation.html#connect_plugindiscovery_migratesource) is describe how to migrate to support  `ServiceLoad` mode. In a nut shell a specific descriptor file must be added to `META-INF/services/` folder of the released jar.
