[PR#3061] FancyIndexing disabled by IndexIgnore in Directory section

Ken and Brian,

If you have a fix for the bug reported in PR#3601, can you please update
the taz server too? Currently, the /dist/binaries/ directory tree has
FancyIndexing disabled because of this problem.

It's fixed, so Taz just needs to be updated to the latest HEAD.
