[PATCH] ThrowableFilter : based on class/message matching

hi,

I hava written a simple filter based on ThrowableClass/ThrowableMessage
matching.
I wrote this when I was annoyed by java.net.SocketException "Broken pipe" in
an environment mod_jk2 + Tomcat(JBoss).

Bug 29221.
I'm sorry for forgetting to append "[PATCH]" to Bugzilla Summary.
