[Action Required] SkyWalking 6.3.0 release test

Hi SkyWalking dev team

Today, the issues and pull requests in 6.3.0[1] have been closed and merged.
I just create branch 6.3.0[2], I hope the community could run tests in this branch, and get feedback/necessary fix to this branch.

The last pull request[3] in this branch passed
1. CI w/ integration tests
2. Compile in Linux and Windows
3. E2E test cases, including
	a. Single node test
	b. Cluster mode tests, w/ ElasticSearch as storage, Zookeeper as cluster coordinator.
	c. Agent hot reboot test, w/ backend OAP running in single node mode

All tests could verify this release is basically good.
But still running tests manually is required, and UI needs to be double check.

This test will open at least in two days, please feedback your test results.
The release plan is expected to process in Monday(UTC +8)

Thanks you all.

Hi, I’ve built the distribution package from branch 6.3.0 source code and manually tested that:

- OAP server node running in single node, with H2 storage, two target applications (agents), works fine;
- Two OAP server nodes, coordinated with zookeeper, with ElasticSearch storage, two target applications, works fine;
- The UI in both tests looks fine for me (Safari 12.1.2)
