As the error is still saying exactly the same, it implies
that the file you are editing is not the one that apache is actually
using to start. Is there another config file lurking on your system,
or possibly even other lines in the config file which supercede the
correct lines?

Muhannad,
You probably don't want to run apache as root. It is more
usual to run as nobody ( or you may create a non-privileged user
apache and run as that ). It is normal to start apache as root,
through the startup script, as this is needed to be able to allocate
the privileged port 80. Control is then handed over to a
non-privileged user to continiue. I suggest you edit the file to say:

user nobody
group nobody

Re: [users@httpd] starting apache

Muhannad,
In your apache config file you will find two lines, which
start with the words "group" and "user". These need to contain the
name of the valid solaris user and group that you want apache to run
as. The default group entered by the compile is "-1". This is not a
valid solaris group, and translates to "Group 4294967295"

The first thing to do is look in the apache error_log and see what it
says.

If that says that the server started successfully, then check your process
listing (ps -ef | grep httpd) to see if you have apache running.
