Book: Apache Geronimo 2.1: Quick Reference

Didn't notice that this message has been posted to the OEJB ML hence
the re-post.

PS: Manu is an OEJB committer from India and AFAIK the book has been
"reviewed" by Matt Hogstrom according to his blog.
