[I] Rename variable refactoring leads to code behavior change [netbeans]

### What happened
When I select "j" and perform the rename variable refactoring, new name "i" and i click "OK", a behavior change：
public class Test{
void m(){
final int i= 0;
class X{
void m(){
// rename j to i;
int j=2;
i= j;
}
}
};
}
Expected result: Naming conflict check, providing error prompts
