This patch makes ubiquitous usage of tools/jetty/lib/servlet-2.3.jar instead of lib/core/servlet_2_2.jar
In addition to the patch, lib/core/servlet_2_2.jar must be removed.

I've made some tests (including building dist) and everything seems to look fine.
