skywalking: 8.5.0
es : 7.8.0
25,000 log errors are reported every day and crashes once a week（may be related it）

You didn't fill the title.
The length control about names of service, instance and endpoint was not working for logs.
It has been fixed in 8.8.0. Use 8.8.1 please.
Submit issue after you tried the latest version or have read change loga.
