### What happened
errors.Default.Wrap() never return nil
so the err != nil will be always true.
### What you expected to happen
No lint error on Unchanged files like `plugins/azure/api/blueprint.go`
### How to reproduce
see the code or make a pull request with some changed witch trigger the lint cheking on file `plugins/azure/api/blueprint.go`
