DISPATCH-856 Add hostName to router entity
The router.hostName will be used by the console to visually group routers that are deployed on the same machine.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/ErnieAllen/qpid-dispatch ernie-dispatch-856
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
