Subversion 0.25 requires apache 2.0.47????

Does Subversion 0.25 require 2.0.47 to operate correctly? If I put out
an RPM that just used 2.0.46 would it operate correctly? I just compiled
it with 2.0.46 and it compiles fine. (I'll now try running it through the
check tests to verify no regressions).

If it requires 2.0.47 to operate correctly then I'll make another commit
that will need to be included in the release-0.25 branch.

2.0.46 has known security issues:

2.0.46 will work fine. 2.0.47 is what we officially recommend.

David, at this point you're holding up the release.... Paul has
already had to toss a tarball once, and is rolling another one now to
include 6406, as you requested. I don't think these source-rpm
changes are so important; AFAICT, you're the only one holding who
builds them. And we certainly don't have a policy of making sure
every single package in packages/ is "ready for 0.25" when we roll a
tarball. :-)
