Mix of secure and non-secure methods on a single service?

Hi all,

I'm interested in pulling together an Axis 1.3 based web service where 
some operations require digital signatures and others don't. But it 
isn't clear from the examples whether or not you can specify requestFlow 
and responseFlow .wsdd elements on a per operation basis.

Is it possible with Axis 1.3 to mix secure and non-secure operations? Or 
will I have to create two different services?

i believe you need different services.
