missing files from build

Hi,
    In the process of my attempting to build Xalan under Solaris, I have
run into, what appears to be missing files.

    In the file src/PlatformSupport/DOMStringHelper.hpp are the
following #includes --

#include <cassert>
#include <functional>
#include <ostream>
#include <iosfwd>
#include <vector>
#include <cwchar>

    First off, I notice that these files have no ".hpp" extension (or
any other extension for that matter).  Second, no where in the
distribution for Xalan nor Xerces are any files with these root names.
That is, there is no  "functional*", "vector*", etc.

    As such, this code is not compilable.  Can anyone shed some light on
this situation ?
