   I have implemented a demo flight sql client (which works against the java [FlightSqlExample](https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/java/flight/flight-sql/src/test/java/org/apache/arrow/flight/sql/example/FlightSqlExample.java) similiar to [FlightSqlClientDemoAp](https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/java/flight/flight-sql/src/main/java/org/apache/arrow/flight/sql/example/FlightSqlClientDemoApp.java)
