   增加注册中心，可以有如下功能
   1. 线上维护Protobuf文件，并生成线上API文档
   2. 生产者和消费者都可以订阅线上的Protobuf约定，实现公用同一套约定
   3. 根据Protobuf实现查看有多少生产者和消费者订阅和他们的状态，并且可以根据Protobuf实现链路追踪
