   As random consolidations are harder to justify without performance improvements, I have been trying to also get performance wins. To that end, my current plan is
   - [ ] Speed up unary kernels: XXXX (and introduce BooleanBuffer::from_unary_...)
   - [ ] Speed up binary kernels: YYYY  (and introduce BooleanBuffer::from_binary_...)
   - [ ] See if I can find some way to avoid or consolidate `set_bits` / (maybe as a method on MutableArrayData)
   - [ ] Deprecate `buffer_bin_not`, etc methods (in favor of bitwise ops implemented on Buffer)
