[PR] Document doap.rdf update in the release guide [polaris]
jbonofre opened a new pull request, #5713:
URL: https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/5713
The release guide did not mention that `doap.rdf` (used by the ASF projects directory) must be updated for each release, so it can easily be forgotten. This adds a step to the "Update the download links on the website" section of the semi-automated release guide, with the `<release>` snippet to add.
The deprecated manual release guide is intentionally not changed.
Assumption: the new entry is added next to the existing one(s); the guide does not say whether older releases should be pruned from `doap.rdf`.
