For the last 24 hours we haven't been able to access several Apache services (JIRA, git-wip, and others) from within our corporate network. We are right in the middle of a Spark release deadline and this has caused an increase in activity including pushes to github, JIRA activity, etc. My guess is we tripped some kind of DDOS protection.

This is definitely a productivity loss for us, so any help would be much appreciated. Please let me know how I can security communicate our IP to the infra team.
