Used Wheel-Timer instead of ScheduledExecutorService class
Hi Community:
Could u please help me review and approve pr:
1.Use Wheel-Timer to replace part of the ScheduledExecutorService class.
2.Add a Timer-task that has been executed in a loop, but can be manually canceled.

This can't, Netty HashedWheelTimer is single thread. If we implement the multithreaded version,i think it can.
