M7 release date moved to Jan 29

On this week's Woden developer call we agreed that the original M7 target
date of January 15th was not achievable, given the number of M7 JIRAs still
open.  A new date, two weeks later was proposed and agreed by those
responsible for delivering this release. The new date for M7 is Monday 29th
January. I will update the M7 milestone plan on the Woden web site to
reflect this.
