help needed....WEBLOGIC -SOAP - running samples

Hi All,
I have posted the mail 3 times before( :( sorry to post it again).
I have been struggling with Weblogic and finally i could run weblogic
server and i got connected to the admin over HTTP.

I use the following specs.
Apache soap 2.0 and Weblogic 5.0 as server , I have the following
class path set

Weblogic classpath
--------------------------
set JAVA_CLASSPATH=%JAVA_HOME%\lib\classes.zip;.\classes\boot
;D:\applns\weblogic\lib\classes12.zip;D:\root\soap\xerces.jar;D:\root\soap\soap.jar;
D:\root\soap\xml-soap\java

But when i try to run sample application
I get the following exception. Any one know what the problem is???

I haven't made any changes to the DD file, or the java files...
The question may sound silly, but being new , i request some one
please  help me to correct the
error.............................

Weblogic server never gives me any exceptions.........................

Please correct me as i am back of this for the last 3 days....
