HBase-Writer 0.90.4 is available for download from the project site:

HBase-Writer 0.90.4 is a major bug fix release that fixes resource pooling
and
connection handling issues. The previous release, 0.90.3, removed these
features
by mistake when upgrading to the latest version of HBase and Heritrix.  A
WARC
Pooling implementation was being used previously and now the WriterPool is
being used once again.  Thanks to Greg Lu for catching this and submitting
a patch.
For this reason we recommend all users should upgrade to 0.90.4.  A new
feature
was added to control "max file size" from the Heritrix configuration as
well.
