get_path_info() bug

code snippet:

            if (errno != EACCES)

                ap_log_error(APLOG_MARK, APLOG_ERR, r->server,
                            "access to %s failed for %s", r->uri,
                            ap_get_remote_host(r->connection, r->per_dir_config,
                                            REMOTE_NOLOOKUP));

notice that ap_get_remote_host will totally trash errno, so it'll be total
garbage when ap_log_error finally gets its chance to read errno.  Could be
fixed with %pA.
