how to get mod_jk.dsp?

Hi,

I am sorry to ask such a trivial question - where can I get mod_jk.dsp.
I am using Tomcat 3.1 & Apache 1.3.12. I am not able to find it under:
jakarta-tomcat\src\native\apache.
