interim bug tracking system on website?

Hi there committers

would someone with update priviledges mind to update

http://jakarta.apache.org/bugs/index.html

to include the url to the interim bug tracking system that Nick Bauman
kindly installed for us?

I'd like to get people using it rather than / as well as posting stuff to
the list ...

good idea. i just wrote a simple shell script to do a redirect:

#!/bin/sh

echo "Content-Type: text/html"
echo "Location: http://znutar.cortexity.com/"
echo ""
echo ""
