This patch provides support for Oracle via OracleDataDrivenDBInputFormat which subclasses DataDrivenDBInputFormat. This overrides the {{getRecordReader()}} and {{getSplitter()}} methods to return Oracle-specific versions (included in this patch) where appropriate.
This patch also updates Sqoop to use this InputFormat. With that, all Sqoop MapReduce jobs use the new API, so the {{org.apache.hadoop.sqoop.mapred}} package and its associated tests are all removed.
