   ### What happened
   
   The PR corresponding to issue [#11494](https://github.com/apache/inlong/issues/11494) didn't correctly configured meta-inf, causing flink to be unable to find kafka-inlong connector.
   
   Below is the related log
   ```
   Caused by: org.apache.flink.table.api.ValidationException: Cannot discover a connector using option: 'connector'='kafka-inlong'
           at org.apache.flink.table.factories.FactoryUtil.enrichNoMatchingConnectorError(FactoryUtil.java:798)
           at org.apache.flink.table.factories.FactoryUtil.discoverTableFactory(FactoryUtil.java:772)
           at org.apache.flink.table.factories.FactoryUtil.createDynamicTableSource(FactoryUtil.java:215)
           ... 43 more
   Caused by: org.apache.flink.table.api.ValidationException: Could not find any factory for identifier 'kafka-inlong' that implements 'org.apache.flink.table.factories.DynamicTableFactory' in the classpath.
   
   Available factory identifiers are:
   
   blackhole
   datagen
   elasticsearch-7
   elasticsearch7-inlong
   filesystem
   kafka
   print
   upsert-kafka
   ```
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   The connector should work without any exception.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Run the end-to-end test introduced by #11495
