> While fixing build errors for GEODE-5651, we found a large number of duplicate definitions for verifyDestroyed, verifyCreated, etc.  Also a ton of identical functions called getCheckSum.  Also take a look at the block of code at the top of the function testXmlCreationWithCacheOverflow, see where that's duplicated, and see if we can't refactor into a common area.
