[GitHub] incubator-trafficcontrol pull request #481: [TC-237] - GET /api/../logs sets...

    [TC-237] - GET /api/../logs sets last_seen_log cookie when all change logs are viewed

    emulates the UI namespace

    sets last_seen_log cookie when all change logs are viewed. this is needed so logs/newcount can be reset when logs are viewed.
