I checked:
- incubating in name
- signatures and hashes are fine
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE is OK and is missing mention of this license [1]
-  NOTICE is fine
- No unexpected binary files
- A lot of .yml files are missing an ASF header
- Can compile from source

Btw the build script don’t have the execute bit set.
