Smoke test...

SUCCESS! [1:21:36.996264]

I also checked a few areas (admin actions and security manager) in case
there were issues. No issues on my side.

Excited to pitch in on a few areas in SOLR version 9.

Nice work all, especially the folks driving this release.

Michael - can you file a JIRA issue with details of the environment and
failure that you saw? Happy to take a look at it once we know what the
problem is.

SUCCESS! [0:49:30.542503]

I ran the smoketester, but did not do any manual testing.

It may be worth noting: I struggled a bit to get the integration tests to
run on Alpine Linux (with the BusyBox version of `ps`) -- solved by `apk
add procps`. It's possible that this would not be newly an issue with 9.0;
but I did find that fewer integration tests failed when I reverted
SOLR-15558, so there may be some cause for caution. This would be unlikely
to matter for most users, but the essence of the issue is that the `solr
stop` script doesn't detect running PIDs properly. Pre-SOLR-15558 this was
still a problem, it just manifested differently I think.

SUCCESS! [0:38:46.406539]

Tested:

   - Built the official docker image
   - Local and S3 backups
   - Solr Operator integration - smoke tester
   - Integration with SolrJ 8.10

The smoketester failed once, but just due to threadleak issues.
