[PR] docs: point the programming guide's S3 example at a current Overture release [sedona-db]

jiayuasu opened a new pull request, #1441:
URL: https://github.com/apache/sedona-db/pull/1441

   ## What changes

The programming guide's S3 example reads `s3://overturemaps-us-west-2/release/2025-11-19.0/...`, but Overture removes old releases from its bucket and that one is gone, so running the example as written fails with "No files found" (the bucket currently holds 2026-08-19.0, 2026-09-23.0, and 2026-09-23.1).

   - Point the example at the current release, 2026-09-23.1.
   - Refresh the output of the spatial-filter query that reads it, from a run against that release (it now shows Nova Scotia divisions, matching the sentence after it).
   - Add the note the Overture examples page already has: Overture removes old releases, with a link to its release calendar.

Both `docs/programming-guide.ipynb` and the generated `docs/programming-guide.md` are updated; the notebook still validates and pre-commit passes.

`README.md` and `docs/overture-examples` read release 2026-02-18.0, which is also gone. Updating those means re-running their notebook outputs, so they are left for a separate change.
