The name Enum_JAVA_SPECIFICATION_VERSION looks odd, how about one of:
- JAVAVERSION_SPECIFICATION
- JAVA_VERSION_SPECIFICATION
- JAVAVERSION_ENUM_SPECIFICATION
- JAVA_VERSION_ENUM_SPECIFICATION
