How to submit a patch

Hi!

  I've just modified the commons-cli source so that the PosixParser
reports UnrecognizedOptionException (modified Parser and PosixParser
classes) and HelpFormatter (only that class modified) so it's display of
OptionGroups, when auto-usage is set, is improved (no duplicates,
includes arguments of the grouped options).

  The test cases still succeed.

  I would like to know how this changes can be
submitted/reviewed/whatever so they can be contributed to the proyect.
