Bugfix for cocoon-reload

Hi,

thanks to the report from Geoff, I was able to fix the cocoon-reload problem
we currently have in 2.1-dev tonight ;).
As I currenlty don't have access to CVS, can someone else please change
the constructors of the CocoonComponentManager as shown below
(the setting of the rootManager has changed):

public CocoonComponentManager(final ClassLoader loader) {
    super( null, loader );
    rootManager = this;
}

public CocoonComponentManager(final ComponentManager manager, final ClassLoader loader) {
    super( manager, loader );
    if (rootManager != manager) rootManager = this;
}

public CocoonComponentManager(final ComponentManager manager,) {
    super( manager);
    if (rootManager != manager) rootManager = this;
}

(PS: I handtyped the code above, so it can't guarantee that there is no syntax
error, but I guess the idea is visible).

With the changes above, cocoon-reload works again (at least on my machine :) )

Thanks
Carsten

I usually use Eclipse, but I didn't have internet access for my pc;
I only had internet access on a different PC without any connection
between them :), so I had to retype everything...
