Release 2.7.1 anytime soon?

Hi Andrew,

Could you please publish a 2.7.1 bugfix release containing the recent commits.
This would really help especially with my fix fo digitalocean2 (27d2e203552b824ef4618dba15cc068c3ccd177a)
becaus without that, DigitalOcean is completels unusable. The others look pretty important too.

Thanks
  -Fritz
