[Bug 3790] spamd fails to remove bayes.lock file?

In my case - SHORTCIRCUIT plugin is involved. When spamd processing message
with shortcircuit rule and flushing bayes_jornal (when max size reached) -
there is no unlock event in debug log.

SpamAssassin version 3.3.1
  running on Perl version 5.10.0
