> Recently, some methods of {{NetworkConnectionService}} were deprecated in [REEF-610|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/REEF-610]. We would like to remove the deprecated methods and mark it as @Unstable to avoid the overhead of dealing with deprecation. The @Unstable annotations will be removed when the {{NetworkConnectionService}} interfaces are stabilized and ready to completely replace the existing {{NetworkService}}.
