Hi, our docs said that we should use `cargo build` to build `opendal-hs` first.
```shell
cargo build --package opendal-hs
```
Is it possible for normal haskell users? How will they use opendal in haskell?

In PR #2814, I make `cabal` able to call `cargo`. Our users don't need to use `cargo build`. They just should run `cabal build` like other library.
I will update the readme document quickly.
