Please find the attached patch which include Fast Infoset support for Axis2. 

Since the required parser version (FastInfoset-1.2.jar) is not available in the jave net maven repository we may have to host it in our repository. A stable release of the FastInfoset-1.2.jar is available for download at https://fi.dev.java.net/.
* The group id should be com.sun.xml.fastinfoset, hence the jar directory should be within this directory.
* Also rename the jar file to have the name "FastInfoset-1.2.jar".

Please note this is not complete but it is now good enough to play around. At this point it only support SOAP and I need perform bit more work to make it production ready. Other things like POX will be added later.

Please treat this as experimental and feel free to send your feedback.
