[PR] wapi: Fix disconnect crash. [nuttx-apps]

   ## Summary
   The generated SSID string has no terminator, which causes a out of bounds.
   We add a terminator '\0' for the SSID string.
   ## Impact
   The ‘’wapi disconnect‘’ command no longer crahes.
   ## Testing
   The command 'wapi disconnect wlan0' can work fine.
