HAL for STM32 SPI driver ([hal_spi.c](https://github.com/apache/mynewt-core/blob/master/hw/mcu/stm/stm32_common/src/hal_spi.c)) is ready to use *SPI_4* and *SPI_5* macros but they are not expanded on app generation files.
SPI_4_* and SPI_5_* macros are not defined on [syscfg.yml](https://github.com/apache/mynewt-core/blob/master/hw/mcu/stm/stm32_common/syscfg.yml).
