Questions for GSI Apache SOAP

Hello,

I'm using the GSI Apache SOAP kit to develop a GSI enabled soap client,
but being unable to communicate with the GSI soap server.
According to Globus, there's a security protocol incompability problem
between
the underlying security implmentation of Globus and Java SSL, which should
have been fixed with CoG 1.1

But the most recent GSI apache soap kit still runs under CoG 0.9.13,
the GSI implmentation in CoG1.1 is quite different from that of
0.9.13...packaging is also different
I
'd like to ask if apache is going to upgrade to CoG1.1 for its gsi soap?

Or could anyone kindly suggest how to get rid of this problem?
