InterWiki Link "edit" and ShortViewUrlConstructor

Hi there,

I've just realized that the edit InterWiki Link is broken when using
ShortViewURLConstructor.

jspwiki.interWikiRef.Edit = Edit.jsp?page=%s
should lead to
http://mywiki.com/Edit.jsp?page=Main
but instead it leads to
http://mywiki.com/wiki/Edit.jsp?page=Main

Anybody knows if there's a workaround, or is it a bug?

I think the bug is a failure to mention that the Edit link only works  
with DefaultURLConstructor.  I don't think there's any way to make it  
work with the ShortViewURLConstructor out-of-the-box (without URL  
rewriting, that is).
